Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your location (whichever is higher).
• You may not use the Service where prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2) Entertainment-only; no real-money gambling

The Service is a social casino intended for entertainment only. No real-money gambling occurs. You cannot stake real-money and you cannot win money or prizes of real-world value through gameplay.

3) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual coins/credits and virtual items are licensed, not sold.
• They have no cash value, are non-redeemable for money or anything of real-world value, and are non-transferable.
• We may modify, manage, or remove virtual currency/items at any time, including to address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

4) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automated play (bots), account sharing/selling, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate, threats, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Attempting to access non-public systems, reverse engineering, or bypassing security measures.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and associated virtual currency/items) if we believe you violated these Terms, pose risk to the Service, or for operational/security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disputes, disclaimers, limitation of liability

• Governing law: the applicable law stated by Cyraphorest Lodge, LLC, subject to required consumer protections in the user's location.
• Disclaimer: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
