Payments, Virtual Currency & Refunds

1) Optional purchases
Cyraphorest Lodge may offer optional paid features such as optional virtual coin features (IAP) or packs of virtual currency or items for use in our digital experiences. Purchases are optional and are not required to access basic functionality unless explicitly stated at checkout.
2) Pricing, billing & taxes
- Prices are shown before you confirm purchase and may vary by platform, device, or region.
- Applicable taxes may be added where required.
- Payments may be processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) or service accesss; your payment method may be charged immediately upon confirmation.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or remove access to the purchased digital content.
3) Subscriptions (if offered)
If we offer optional account features, the checkout flow will disclose the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms. Unless stated otherwise, optional account features renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the platform account settings used to purchase. Subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice where required; changes apply at the next renewal unless otherwise stated.
4) Virtual currency & digital items
- Virtual currency (e.g., coins/chips) and digital items are for entertainment use within our services only.
- They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed, redeemed, transferred for real-money, or converted to money or prizes of real-world value.
- Virtual currency and items are generally non-transferable between accounts and may be modified, removed, or rebalanced to maintain gameplay and service integrity.
5) Refunds & chargebacks
All sales of digital content are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or the purchase platform’s refund policy.
- Platform purchases: If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by that platform under its policies and procedures.
- Direct/web purchases (if available): Contact us as soon as possible if you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction). We may request transaction details to investigate and may issue refunds at our discretion, except where law requires otherwise.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback may result in loss of access to the related digital content and may restrict future purchases.
