Age Verification Policy

1) Minimum age requirement

3) Fraud and underage risk signals

We may apply automated and manual checks to identify possible underage access or misrepresentation. Signals can include inconsistent age/date-of-birth entries, repeated failed age-gates, device/account patterns, geolocation/jurisdiction mismatches, or other indicators of suspected fraud.

4) What happens if underage use is suspected

• We may block access to age-restricted areas or require additional verification.
• We may suspend or close the account and cancel access to restricted features.
• We may remove or restrict related content and take steps to prevent repeat access.
• If required by law or to protect users, we may preserve and share limited information with appropriate authorities or service accesss.

5) How we handle age-related data

• Use: We use age-related data to determine eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• Minimization: When possible, we record a verification outcome (e.g., “verified 18+”) rather than retaining full ID images. If ID data is collected, we limit it to what is necessary.
• Retention: We keep age-verification records only as long as needed for the purposes above and then delete or de-identify them, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
• Security: We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
• Sharing: We may share age-verification data with vetted service accesss who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
